Kim Roman

Associates Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness

NASM certified personal trainer 2014

Currently in school achieving Physical Therapist Assistant Degree

“I always had tons of energy as a kid and joined the track team in high school. I channeled my energy into running. Post graduation, I decided to train for road races. I started with 5K’s and worked my way up to half marathons and triathlons. I always look for a challenge and for a way to take my fitness goals to the next level. I love being in the gym and adjusting my workouts and nutrition to achieve certain goals. Through my education, I fell in love with group exercise and got certified to teach along with my personal training certification. My purpose is to help people achieve goals, to inspire, motivate, and relate them as a real person who has experienced it myself.”

Norvil Montano

Norvil is pursuing a career in the fitness field because he believes it’s the best place to spread positivity. What better place to begin being positive than with ourselves?

“I came to meet Dawn here at CSF through a mutual friend/trainer, Kim Roman. She made the introduction and from the very beginning I felt the positive vibes. I automatically knew that I wanted to become part of the team.

My goal here at CSF is to do my ultimate best to help all clients meet and exceed their fitness goals. I ensure that I give my 100% to make a positive impact both physically and mentally. I love to share my fitness knowledge and inspire others others throughout their journey. Everything is possible once we believe and put our minds to it, the body will follow. I'm looking forward to meeting you all!” -Norvil
